About the event
Greater Manchester North County are hosting a Backwoods Cooking Competition for Teams of Scouts at GMN County Headquarters in the garden.
Teams need to be made up of a minimum of 3 & up to a maximum of 6 Scouts. The cost for the event is £30 per Team; an invoice will be sent to the Leader after booking onto the event. Payment will be either Cheque or BACS.
We are limited to 10 Teams on each of the days. The winners of each day will be invited to participate in a grand finale later in the year, with the overall winners receiving the trophy for the event.
Teams will need to be arriving at the HQ from 10am with a view to starting the competition at 10:30am. Teams will need to dig fire pits (wet weather alternative available), erect dining shelters & set up chopping areas, light fires and…
