Charges for GMN Headquarters
Please note, catering is not included on any of these prices.

All bookings will be charged a deposit of £100.00 extra as a cleaning fee. If the building is left clean & tidy after your use, the £100.00 will be refunded to you.

Payment can be made using cash, a cheque or BACS payment directly into our Bank Account. Please contact the booking manager at CountyHQ@gmnscouts.org.uk for details.

Activity Charges for GMN Headquarters
All charges are per activity assuming the building has been booked & paid for, if only using the outdoor activities this will incur a charge as access vias the building is needed as well as toilets etc please speak to the Building Manager:
* Instructors must have a permit on the Scout Database if using for Scouts, external users will need NGB Awards
** Instructors need to have knowledge of how the setup is rigged at the HQ and has experience of the activity. Prior authorisation to use the equipment is needed from the Building Manager and the Manager of the Permit Scheme (MAPS)
